The 3rd International Innovation Market Forum was held at the International Exhibition Center (Kyiv, Brovarsky Avenue, 15) on November 21-23, 2018, The purpose of the forum was introduction of the innovations into the economy, searching for and attracting investment for innovative projects and programs.
The event was held with the support of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Education and Science, the National Academy of Sciences.
The forum discussed issues of innovation in the educational process, government and international programs to support business and innovation, the system of legal protection of intellectual property, changes in patent laws. During the forum, a presentation of the Strategy for Innovative Development of Ukraine until 2030 was held, as well as the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Exhibition Competition for Youth Innovation Projects of the Small Academy of Sciences.
About 40 scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine demonstrated almost 350 of their developments in 8 directions within the framework of this Forum.
The Scientific Center for Aerospace Research of the Earth IGN NAS of Ukraine took part in the exhibition events of the Forum in the direction of "Ecology". Representatives of environmental organizations from different cities of Ukraine were interested in the following developments: “Assessment of changes in the socio-economic development of Ukraine based on satellite imagery”, “Energy saving control technologies in Kiev based on satellite imagery information”, “Comprehensive monitoring of the condition of the Kiev reservoir based on remote information Earth sensing and ground-based observations".
For participation in the exhibition of the Innovation Forum, the Center was awarded a Diploma.
